By registering for REUNION 2027 (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
EVENT PARTICIPATION
REUNION 2027 is a private family event organized by the REUNION 2027 Planning Committee (the “Committee”). Participation is by invitation and registration. The Committee reserves the right to approve or decline any registration at its discretion.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment of a payment plan. Payment plans require adherence to the agreed installment schedule. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of registration. See the Payment Policy for complete refund and cancellation terms.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner that promotes the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants. The Committee reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the event without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to other attendees.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in event activities — including but not limited to the Family Olympics, outdoor excursions, water-based activities, and recreational sports — involves inherent risks. By registering and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Waivers may be required for certain activities and will be provided at registration or on-site.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA
A professional photographer and videographer will be present throughout the event. By attending REUNION 2027, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Images and videos may be used in post-event communications, the event website, family archives, social media, and materials promoting future family gatherings. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the Committee in writing before the event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Planning Committee organizes this event in a volunteer capacity. The Committee, its members, and its volunteers assume no liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during the event, during travel to or from the event, or at the resort. Attendees are responsible for their own travel insurance, health insurance, and personal belongings.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Committee is not responsible for event disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, venue closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the Committee will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide refunds as outlined in the Payment Policy.
MODIFICATIONS
The Committee reserves the right to modify these terms, the event schedule, programming, or logistics as needed. Registered attendees will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
