SATURDAY — SABBATH & LEGACY
The morning is sacred. The afternoon is rest. The evening is intimate.
Morning
Breakfast, followed by the Enrichment Circle where elders share stories and the family listens together. Sabbath Worship Service.
Afternoon
Sabbath Rest. Four hours of intentional, unstructured time. Nature walks, storytelling, porch conversations, quiet games, napping. No competitive events. No loud music. Just presence.
Evening
Dinner, followed by Saturday Evening Fellowship after sundown. Fire pit, s’mores, acoustic music. Open Mic Coffeehouse for anyone who wants to share — a song, a poem, a story.
SUNDAY — THE MAIN EVENT
This is celebration day. Everything builds to Sunday night.
Morning
Family Olympics
Breakfast, then the teams are announced. What follows is two and a half hours of organized chaos, laughter, and family pride. Relay races, tug-of-war, trivia, creative challenges, and spotlight events for the kids — including the legendary Toddler Dash. Medals. Trophies. Bragging rights that last until the next reunion.
Afternoon
Rest & Anticipation
Lunch, free time, and the slow build of excitement. Families rest, recover from the Olympics, and begin getting ready for the evening. The anticipation is part of it.
Evening
The Sunday Banquet
The red carpet opens at 7:00 PM. Formal or semi-formal attire. A photographer captures every arrival. Inside, the room has been transformed — gold light, elegant table settings, a stage ready for the night ahead.
Dinner is served. Heartfelt tributes honor the elders. Then the Talent Showcase takes the stage — ten to twelve acts spanning every generation, MC-hosted, beautifully paced. Awards are given. The closing moment brings the family together for a final song — arms linked, voices raised.
Then the dance floor opens. And the night stretches until nobody wants to leave.
MONDAY — DEPARTURE
Monday is the quiet exhale. No programming. Just goodbye.
7:30 AM
Farewell Breakfast
Resort check-in opens. Families receive room keys from the front desk.

everyone, one shot, before families begin departing.
