THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WEEKENDMEET THE COMMITTEE
REUNION 2027 is made possible by a dedicated volunteer planning committee — family members who gave their time, energy, and care to make this weekend worthy of everything we are to one another. Every detail you'll experience — the venue, the food, the music, the legacy moments, the laughter — was built by this team.
LEADERSHIPCHAIR
[Name]
The Chair holds the full picture. Guiding the committee from vision to reality, the Chair ensures every workgroup stays connected, every decision stays on track, and the family's voice is always at the center of the work.
CO-CHAIR
[Name]
The Co-Chair works alongside the Chair to support every area of planning, step in where needed, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Together, they are the steady hands that carry this weekend forward.
SIX TEAMS. ONE VISION.This reunion is organized across six workgroups, each led by a committee member and supported by family volunteers. Here is what each team is responsible for.
01 VENUE & LOGISTICS
Finding the right place for a gathering like this is everything. This team researched, evaluated, and negotiated to secure a venue worthy of our family — and they oversee every logistical detail from arrival to departure.
02 FINANCE & REGISTRATION
From the budget to the registration form to the scholarship fund, this team makes sure the weekend is financially sound and that no family member is left behind because of cost.
03 PROGRAMMING & ACTIVITIES
The heartbeat of the weekend. This team designs everything you'll do — the Family Olympics, the talent showcase, the children's programming, the structured moments, and the beautiful unstructured ones in between.
04 WORSHIP & FAMILY LEGACY
This team holds the soul of REUNION. They lead our Sabbath worship, curate our Enrichment Circle, and preserve our family's story — through elder interviews, genealogy research, and the legacy content that will outlast this weekend.
05 COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH
Every announcement you've received, every update you've read — this team is behind it. They manage the family WhatsApp group, email list, website, and every piece of communication that carries the REUNION brand.
06 MERCHANDISE & MEMORY
The keepsakes, the t-shirts, the photo book, the 360 photo booth, the decorations that set the scene — this team ensures the weekend is captured and remembered long after we've said our goodbyes.
“This reunion is built by family, for family. Every person on this committee is a volunteer — someone who believed this weekend was worth the work.”
Want to Help? You don't have to be on the committee to be part of making this happen. Each workgroup recruits family volunteers to help with the real, hands-on work. If you have a skill, a passion, or just a willing heart — we want you.
